		<description>Not sure if Michael Happe is related to me (my extended family is huge... I can&#039;t keep track...) but he sounds smart, so I&#039;ll assume he&#039;s a relative :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is a great story and is pretty consistent with the message that a lot of people working is social media are trying to reinforce. If a company was good at relationships to begin with - social media just super-charges that and gives a business more tools to keep in touch. If a organizations wasn&#039;t great with relationships to start, there is a lot of work to do before social media can *really* help.</description>
